Within the framework of compliance with the legislation in force, contained in REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the purpose of which is to guarantee and protect, With regard to the processing of personal data, the freedoms and fundamental rights of natural persons, and especially their honour and personal privacy and the Organic Law 3/2018 LOPDGDD of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, FEYCSA CEE informs users that:

This Data Protection Policy is specifically adapted to the LABORVIVA website (http://laborviva.co.uk).
LABOR VIVA is a commercial brand of stationery and gift items registered by the Special Employment Centre of Social Initiative FEYCSA. From now on in this document we will always refer to the owner of the website as FEYCSA CEE.
ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF THE DATA PROVIDEDThe User who sends the information to FEYCSA CEE is solely responsible for the veracity, correctness and relevance of the data included, FEYCSA CEE being exonerated of any responsibility in this respect.
The User guarantees and is responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertakes to keep them duly updated.
The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
FEYCSA CEE is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and for which another source is indicated, and therefore does not assume any responsibility with regard to hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of said information.
FEYCSA CEE is exonerated from any responsibility for any damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by FEYCSA CEE, provided that it comes from sources other than FEYCSA CEE.
Who is responsible for processing your personal data? The person responsible for processing the personal data provided to us is the Special Employment Centre of the Social Initiative FORMATION, EMPLOYMENT AND COMMERCIALISATION (FEYCSA), with its registered office at Plaza Sandoval, nº5, bajo, 30004, Murcia. For the proper management of the processing of your personal data, FEYCSA has appointed a Data Protection Delegate to whom you can go to resolve any issue you need, you can contact via email: DPD@feycsa.com. For what purpose do we treat your data?
FEYCSA-LABORVIVA aims to contact and receive information about the products and services offered by the entity.
Not providing the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility of subscribing, registering or receiving information about the products and services offered by the entity.
The Personal Data that it collects are subject to different automated and mixed treatments, with different purposes, as we will explain below.

The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations: four more years according to Art. 66 to 70 General Tax Law.
They will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose of the treatment and when it is no longer necessary for such purpose, they will be removed with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or the total destruction of them.
They shall not be used for purposes other than those specified.

What is the legal right to process your data?

To whom will your data be communicated?
The personal data processed by LABORVIVA to achieve the purposes detailed above may be communicated to recipients depending on the legitimate basis of the communication. How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the provision of the service or as long as the interested party does not withdraw his consent. Subsequently, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of data protection regulations, which implies its blocking, being available only at the request of judges and courts, the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations during the statute of limitations period for any actions that may arise and, after this period has elapsed, the data will be completely deleted.
What are your rights?As an interested party, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not FEYCSA is processing personal data concerning you.
Similarly, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulations, you may exercise the following rights:
- To access your data in order to know how FEYCSA treats the personal data of the interested party.
- Request the rectification or deletion of your data when you consider them inaccurate or even request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Request the limitation of the processing of your data in cases where the law so provides. In these cases, FEYCSA will keep the data subject to the limitation for the exercise or defence of claims as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulations.
- To the portability of your data, in those cases in which you are interested in receiving the personal data concerning you, and which you have provided to FEYCSA. These data will be provided in a structured format for common use and mechanical reading.
- Oppose the processing of your data in certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, in which case FEYCSA would cease processing them except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.
- Likewise, as an interested party, you have the right, at any time, to oppose the sending of advertising by electronic means sent by FEYCSA, and to withdraw your consent, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent. You only have to respond with a LEAVE. Likewise, as an interested party, you may exercise the rights described above by means of:
Written request addressed to FEYCSA and to the postal address, Plaza Sandoval, nº5, bajo, 30004 Murcia, or by sending an e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating in both cases "Data Protection Policy" and attaching a copy of your National Identity Document.
Finally, as the holder of the data, you may present a claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
